Not bad. Looks safely modern. Good for Montreal.

This one is now u/c.

New count floor is now at 35 floors and the new height is 130 meters.

It may not be a lot comparing to Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary but we now have 4 towers higher than 30 floors u/c. ( Evolo, Altoria, Altitude and Marriot)

Projet: Altoria
Promoteur: Kevric
Site: http://www.altoria.ca/fr/le-projet.php#design

That's interesting, 1 reply and yet over 2100 views on this thread. Is it possible that this forum has a lot of shy forumers and / or lurkers ?

the condos are almost 90% sold so I wouldn't worry about this project

Good news. The project is now entering the "critical phase". Were it to be cancelled, we would be stuck with a huge hole on one end of Square Victoria. I know it has no reason to be cancelled though (just being paranoid)

again... why would they cancel if they already sold about 120 units (85%)? and there's plenty of time to find tenants for the 10 office floors, don't make me come there and slap some sense into you
