If you drove an SUV in a city built for bikes, you'd be the one living like a peasant with fewer/narrower standard traffic lanes, limited parking, lower speed limits with traffic calming measures, a near absence of highways or other express routes, and lots of other things that would drive you nuts. If you were having barrels of fun, you wouldn't be in a city built around bikes.

for the double decker train theres numbers on the bottom of the train and a camera so no one steals your bike or motorcycle. you remember your number because you put your bike on a lift that brings your motorcycle up into the bottom of the train. then you get off the train then press a button and the camera sees its you and gives you your bike

ive just learned about the old chinese city layout. back then it was nine squares for cities because they were real small. the middle was just a green space. it evolved into this. what i think is the odd numbers should be poor so its evenly spread out. i dont think it ever became a circular city. it hasnt ever been done

Speaking as someone who would love to run or bike to the office if the logistics worked...

A city built around bikes would also require very nice shower facilities with personal wardrobe space and laundry services at all office buildings, so that your clothes for the workday never left the premises. Otherwise it’s totally impractical to commute by bicycle in any kind of inclement weather (and that includes temperatures above 70 degrees).

As for bikes, Ford GoBike already has a solid position in SF. In fact, they are installing a location across the street from my condo.

ford is probably thinking in ten years about they will have flying scooters that only go as high as trucks. then every city will have tunnels for trains and flying scooters with the same amount of cars.
