This is perfect for the area. Love the copper colored exterior.

I love how University and Dundas is developing into an intermediate skyline node between the financial district and the Yorkville skyline.

Question

I really like this copper exterior building, but those green roofed buildings infront of it will look so strange compared to any other building in it's area, I'm not sure if the city councillors will keep them. Atleast they're not too tall.

I like the copper colour, but would prefer the whole of that tower were more uniform in colour, rather than the lower slab of white boxes on half the faces.

I'd like to see the tallest tower moved to the northern lot line. This would help hide the blank wall of the building next door and free up space for a possible "alleyway" with small independent retail/office space between the towers.

I am loving this project. The exoskeletal design reminds me of Tour D2 in Paris France.

Artist's Alley begins...with demolition on the existing building.

Today

Now that I'm back in university, I can see how much progress has been made to this site. When I took the first three photos, a small section of the building was knocked down a few minutes earlier, and with that, a small crowd of teaching supervisors from the building I was in rushed by as they commented on seeing the building get demolished, and how the ground shakes a bit each time it's been knocked down bit by bit. It's definitely a sight for the folks who live and work nearby, for good reason. The last two images were taken a few minutes later...
