Just scanning through the list quickly, but:
--The offices going up in SLU top out at 160'.
--Hedreen is 500'.

Thanks. I'll adjust the numbers. Used the CTBUH building height calculator (http://www.ctbuh.org/TallBuildings/H...B/Default.aspx) on the SLU office buildings. Are they residential floor height?

This is already on the list but the proposed design seems to also have already changed.

I've never seen that calculator, but it's entirely about averages. Knowing the zoning is far more relevant. Best of all is looking at the EDG/DR presentations.

The calculator overestimates the height of our 24-story residentials (under old zoning), which used to be 24 stories and 240'. Now they have a bit more height like 255' I think in 240' zones. They're coincidentally right on with our 40-story residentials, which get 10% beyond the 400' limit. They're way over on the 10-story office computation, which would be more like 130' (not that we have a zone like that) but they say 170'.

This has got to be Seattle's most boner-inducing boom cycle in the last 30 years. There is so much coming out of pipeline, I can no longer keep track. Since Shanghai is starting to dwindle in regard to noteworthy projects, maybe it's time I return Seattle-side and bask in the glory of the many erections popping up and spurting out willy-nilly (although, I'll probably swiftly abandon this idea the next time an angry white man inevitably goes on a rampage).

Finally got around to shooting some photos of my favorite projects going up downtown right now- The "bio domes" at the new Amazon Complex and 5th and Columbia (The Mark) are both now poking well out of the ground.

You can see how close together both towers are located

Those are awesome shots.

The 40-story residential tower at 2202 8th got a shoring permit today. They previously filed a work plan noting mobilization 11/30, which jibes perfectly.

We sure have a lot of short stubs that will become towers in 2016. I count 11 in the 240' to 660' range that are currently underway but still no taller than 5th & Columbia in the photos. Looks like we might have a few more between December and the end of winter.

Truly spectacular pictures guys. Seattle is such an architectural jewel of American cities. Modern with an incredible vibe. Not fond of those hills on an icy day, but it's amazing how the core is built into them with some of the coolest highrises in the USA. Growing up in Portland, and now living in the Denver Metro Area, I love how Seattle has grown architecturally. Denver and Portland lag design-wise on the design front in highrise construction in comparison, but all are incredible US cities, that beat most others in the country. Good thing it rains a ton in the Seattle area, or you'd have 10 mil. living there based on how beautiful it is. Keep the updates coming.
