Koops, why don't you just add the new buildings in google earth and send us links? =) This way you don't have to model all the existing buildings as the downtown footprint grows outwards. And everyone can see and study it from whichever vantage they want, with trees and other buildings!
Because I spent years making this model. I have no need to make anything existing over again. It's made, and all I need to do is add new proposals or change existing ones. If I could go back in time and start over I would have made it in Google Earth, but its far too late for that now...
So, this is different. GtwoK has posted on WRC a couple of views showing Downtown Kitchener with, among other things, outlines of Duke Tower (39 storeys) and Charlie West (31 storeys). Birth of a skyline?
Worth noting that that first pic of DTK is taken from, roughly, the locations of the One Hundred and Garment Street projects on Victoria St S - three condo towers of 17, 23 and 28 storeys plus a 6 storey office building.
This view down Yonge St. includes YC Condos, Halo on Yonge,
Wellesley on the Park, 10 Wellesley W, The One, Number One Bloor,
The Clover on Yonge, Teahouse and a little piece of 2 Carlton.
