The crane as seen from St. Ed's. The building should show up here.

Thanks. That was one cold ride home. I enjoyed it, though.

12 floors up, so 2/3s of the way topped out.

It already looks pretty huge, especially when you're there in person. It's crazy to think that 6 more floors still need to be added. This building is going to be a pretty good size. And that area is going to be a nice little area to hang out in. It's a shame there's not more retail along that stretch of Bowie.

...they will come. With Seaholm (Trader Joe's, etc) and 311 Bowie, that area will be incredible!

They will have a short walk to both Trader Joe's and Whole Foods headquarter's store. You can't beat that for groceries.

Looking good. I'm interested in seeing what this is going to look like with the glass. It should create a pretty cool reflection with the curved wall.

1 floor to go, and thanks for the update Syndic. I can't believe how fast this project has risen.

Taken today.

You can see the two cranes for 311 Bowie.

311 Bowie should fill that gap between Spring and The Monarch pretty nicely.
