Haven't heard of any real interest yet. Not sure what sites are available for it.

That site where the old Public Safety building used to be was recently the topic of discussion for a 1000-footer with Sabey transferring development rights from that church property.

But who knows if that would ever come to fruition.

Well, I have real interest in seeing one go up--does that count for anything?

I thought they meant someone who could actually build something.

They could demolish an older mid-rise in the CBD (in the unlimited height zone).

Belltown Gallery should be u/c. Anyone know why the delay in starting second and pike. I understand that they've stated working on the garage.

Also; they are accumulating fences at Rollin Street Flat site.

The wholefoods store at the new Allen project is, quite frankly, the greatest grocery store I've ever seen.

That's a nice-looking project. Belltown will start to beef-up nicely. I like the color at the base. Hope the towers stay with the light-blue look.

Good job with the compilation. You're missing these though:

5th and Marion

and

1918 8th

This is a 500 foot office tower being developed by Schnitzer Northwest. The architect is NBBJ. Not sure what the time frame is but I've read that they're hoping to start next fall.

I Like 2301 6th Ave.. I agree, the Colors are nice near the base.
Question for Seattle Husky where did you find information on the Schnitzer Northwest/NBBJ project?
I Would like to find other websites that share this kind of information.
Thanks to everyone for all the great renderings.

Today I noticed some stirring at the Escala site (finally!). They had brought in a new piece of equipment and were messing around with it. It looked like some sort of big digging machine, or something like that.

I also noticed today they have 2 big billboards for the 2nd and Pine development on the Macy's garage. Maybe that means it's gonna start stirring soon *crosses fingers*
