Hi

Hi,

I've been reading this forum for a few years, probably just before the current building boom started (most likely when the United Gulf/TexPark development was first dreamed up. I wish they'd start that thing, but I guess it'll be a little while yet.)

Anyhow, I live near the proposed new "rez" at Dal, so I'll be taking pics of it when it starts. I hope it's not as ugly and jail-cellblock-esque as Risley Hall.

Take Care,
Paul

You'd better start watching your mouth! I don't think I'd want to be tied with Downtown either (automatically makes you look like a NIMBY).

P.S. Bedford was a town for 18 years so its still a town to me.

Is there a thread on that new "rez"? It's the first I've heard about it.

This one looks quite good from the bird's eye view.

Well for the Downtown section I'm not surprised you claimed that title. For me the photo updates I do was the only reason I even got in the top 5 posters.

Now in the Suburbs section I don't think theres even debate over who probalby posts the most.

introduction

Hi folks,
I've been hanging around here for a while, but just finally signed up. I have a keen interest in development issues, esp smart growth and retail.
I've been involved in speaking on various issues over the years, but nothing in the last while.

Hi, new to the site but not the city, like what's going on in the city. I sometimes hear about projects before the public and hope to add info.

Have you looked at the posts per day graph? The boards been taking a nose dive over the past month (from 80/day down to 0-5/day)

Oh and congrats to fenwick16 for taking over worldly's claim to fame.

I don't know how that happened. I have been trying to show some restraint regarding my number of posts. I think everybody else has been posting less.

Yep, I've cut back this week, lol.

Maybe I'll have to go to that youth addiction clinic if it opens for ssps... skyscraperpage syndrome.

That is strange. One of my posts is listed as coming from your avatar. I guess your avatar is becoming as powerful as the user. It seems like your avatar is out of control.
