This one has been going up very quickly indeed. From what I'm seeing lately, they're pouring a new floor every few days.

Work will be ongoing overnight. Another noise exemption permit was granted and in effect starting 6:00 am on Dec 22 through to 7:00 a.m on December 24.

What kind of work is happening? Are they just trying to pour as much as they can while the weather is decent?

That's precisely it - there's been a lot of concrete pouring. I wouldn't be surprised if people move into this building sooner than in the Park building that's been going up a couple blocks down the street - even though construction started much later than the Park building.

That would be pretty funny!

Glad to see them take advantage of the weather to make some progress. Especially being a rental tower...there is revenue waiting at the end of the construction.
