It would be sweet to see them win it at home anyway. I think I called Kings in six (five if they played lights-out).

Frankly I'm not too surprised, the Kings have had two 5 game losings streaks and one 4 gamer this past season.

And just a few days ago here I was wondering if the Kings would be able to match the 1987–88 Oliers feat of going 16-2, the best record ever in a 4 round playoff season.

I'm personally tired of seeing the winning team lift it to no cheers and no fans left in the building. It's time a team won it at home again.

I am pulling for LA, that way the Canucks will have lost to the best team in the league again, haha!

I agree, seeing the Kings win it at home will be great! If NJ wins tonight, then they are going to win the cup, it's LA's series to lose.

Win/win situation for me...

If LA wins, great, we'll finally see a home team win the Cup in front of their fans.

If NJ wins, great, it doesn't get better than Game 7 in the Stanley Cup final.

I think it's safe to say congrats LA on your first cup win.
Nice to see a former Greyhound get to lift the cup. I look forward to the final five minutes.

Remembering game 1 of round 1:

Thanks to Canada's team.

EN will seal the deal. OK, 6 will seal it for sure.

Gotta hand it to the Kings for an impressive curb-stomp over most of their opposition.

Also, kudos to the media for not once using the term "Cinderella story". At least not in my earshot.

It's been 21 years since Minny started the trend. Good to see it buried (or mostly), and appropriate that it died when the underdog finally won.
