They have started installing the 13th floor roof slabs on the south end. Should see forming for the mechanical penthouse walls next week.

Have now poured some of the mechanical penthouse walls and are finishing up the rooftop elements. This building is effectively topped out now. Parking level on the east side should start seeing forming next.

They have lifted the rooftop HVAC chiller to the roof now and appear to be prepping for the roofing contractor. Not much progress on the east side underground parking garage forming as of yet.

Excavator is now digging out the east side for the parking levels with the help of dump trucks to haul away the soil.

Forming for the L2 parking level walls and post has now started on the north end of the pit. Will likely take them a solid 6-8 weeks to form and pour this parking garage structure with all the custom forming work required.

Masonry contractor has now started installing the exterior brick on the west side wall with hydraulic scaffold now setup.

Forming for the L1 level floor slab of the parking garage on the north end is now starting. Appears they plan to work their way south from the north end which likely makes sense given the cramped space they have.

They poured the north section of the L1 floor for the parking garage. Should see forming started for L1 walls and posts this week.

This is interesting. Looks like this building is going to be Old Oaks now. Don't believe it started out that way. Also they are changing the exterior brick colour to a gray/soft tan.

The name will be The Saint James.

Steel rebar for the ground level floor slab well under way now for the north end of the parking garage. Should see that slab pour very soon. Would expect the return of an excavator and dump trucks to dig out the south end so work can begin on the L2 level footings of the parking garage.

No still many months away from first tenants as exterior brick is still being installed and windows on the top floor yet to go in. East side parking garage is not likely to be finished until Jan 2024 and the exterior brick can start going in on the east side of building then. Early spring around March-May could see first tenants.

Excavator and dump trucks working to dig out the south end of the parking garage. They have now poured the ground level slab and walls for the garage door entrance on the north end. Still working on the exterior brick install on the west side of the building.

Excavator working on south side of driveway and parking garage levels still. Would expect they have made some progress with forming the foundation footings on the south end of L2 level for the parking garage. Progress on the north side of building by the masonry contractor has been very slow given Jan weather issues. Likely be April before they have finished the south end of the parking garage and driveway entrance now.

Have started pouring some of the L1 walls and posts on the south end of the parking garage. Still have some of the 13th floor windows and glass left to install. Making progress with the exterior brick on the north side of the tower and prepping to start exterior brick on the south side.

The L1 walls and posts are now complete and forming has started for the ground floor slab on the south end of the parking garage. Brick installation on the north side should be done by the end of next week with them turning their attention to the south wall next.

They have poured a section of the ground floor parking garage slab today. The final section is likely later this week which effectively finishes the parking garage. Suspect they will pour a retaining wall along the eastern side of the parking garage for the slope on that side.
