Looks like they may have now poured the L1 floor slab in the SE corner now as they have started forming for the ground floor slab. Still appear to be working on the L1 walls and posts on the west side of pit. Westdel is moving rather slow with this project.

Some of the ground floor walls are now poured and today they were pouring a few more using a mobile crane. Doesn't look like they will use a tower crane for this build. Still have a lot of L1 work to do on the west side.

Hard to tell if they have finally poured the ground floor slab in the center north section yet. Forming has been up for weeks. The center south section doesn't appear to have started forming yet for the ground floor slab. They have start building 2nd floor walls using concrete blocks. Don't appear to be planning to continue with concrete forming for the 2nd thru 4th floors.

Noticed a Concrete Forming (CF) pickup truck onsite today. Don't recall ever seeing them onsite before so Westdell may have decided to bring them in to complete the concrete forming work in the middle section which is still unfinished. They may have had some challenges with concrete forming previously.

Looks like they may have finally completed the ground floor slab in the centre section linking the west and east wings. They have also now poured a couple of ground floor walls on the east side of the centre section. This was very slow for some reason as they have been working on the section for a year now.

Have now got the ground floor walls and posts poured in the central section. Forming has started for the 2nd floor slab. Masonry contractors have made progress building the 4th floor concrete walls on the north ends of both the east and west wings. They have also started installing some of the windows on the east and west wings ground floor level.

They have now installed the 2nd floor precast concrete floor along the south section. Will they continue with concrete forming for 2nd floor walls or switch to concrete block like the west and east wings?

Masonry contractor back and building the 2nd floor walls in concrete block. Should be ready for the 3rd floor concrete precast floor slab installation in two weeks.

They have completed the 3rd floor precast slab installation now and have started building the 3rd floor concrete block walls on the SE corner. Probably take another 3 weeks to complete the 3rd floor walls and we should see the 4th floor slabs being installed.

They have made good progress with building the 3rd floor concrete block walls and have started landing the 4th floor slabs in the SE corner.
