Ryse is pretty new. He broke off from doing, I think, Old Oak properties. So it's like a new thing for all parties except for maybe the engineers. York, Ryse, Zedd. Well, especially for York. Zedd, according to their website, as s.h.y architecture, has high rises, but they are in Hamilton Bermuda. But, it's not like the Architect picks the structural system. In fact, I doubt it was the structural engineer either. I am sure it was Ryse and York, going by what the old guys like Drowlo, Old Oak, and the like do - Hambro.
