Is there a forum mod who can change the title to reflect the new 8 floors height?

Now forming the 8th floor walls and posts on the east end and wrapping up the 8th floor slab on the west end. The 8th and final floor should have all the walls and posts poured by end of month. Mechanical penthouse and roof slab should be poured by end of March topping out this building.

About 50% of the 9th floor walls are now poured on the east end. They must have changed the plan as this was supposed to be a 8 floor building.

As this thing has gone up, it's become more clear how large of a building this is. Sit at the corner of Wellington and Commissioners and look over at it, and man it's long. I think a couple of square buildings that are maybe a couple floors higher would have looked a lot better there.

The 9th floor walls and posts are now poured on the west end. Forming for the roof on the east end is 50% done. Assuming they don't go higher with a 10th floor.

Roof is now formed and they have started forming for the stairwell and penthouse. Have started installing the stone block exterior veneer on the podium base.

Tower crane has now been removed. Still no signs of exterior brick being installed.

Progress has been very slow on the exterior finishing for this retirement building. Not sure why they appear to have stalled a few times this Fall.

First sign of any real progress with a small crew doing stonework installation around the front entranceway. Still nothing happening with the rest of the exterior finishing. Something unusual definitely happened with this project. Financial issues or contractor conflicts has left it unfinished for most of the Fall/Winter. Should have easily been finished by now with residents living there by now.
