Some of the lower floors now have drywall installed. Should see the remaining top floor windows and balcony doors installed in the next few weeks as the make it weather tight.

Have cleaned up the parking lot to the south of construction materials. Nearly done installing the windows and balcony doors.

Would not be surprised to see the tower crane removed soon. It would have been even nicer if they got the original 17s approved and were able to purchase the lone house to the west of it.

Surprisingly the tower crane is still on site. Alot of exterior finishing left to do.

Tower crane has now been removed. Making progress with concrete finishing on the west side.

Exterior concrete finishing is nearing completion as is the balcony railings. Dry wall has started in the interior on the lower floors.

Masonry contractor installing the ground floor exterior stone now. Nearly finished along the north side and making progress along the Wonderland Rd side.

Hard to believe they still have the exterior construction elevator setup on this building.

My inlaws moved into the first Pomeroy building as it was still under construction and the construction elevator ran beside their balcony for many months after they moved in (which itself was several months after others started moving in).
