Concrete truck at bottom of pit today. Might be pouring the concrete footing for tower crane base.

Truckload of steel rebar being delivered this morning and small crew forming a footing for what should be the tower crane base. Could see it poured by the end of next week. Might see mobile crane on site by end of Sept to setup tower crane.

The pit is a lake after the rains. Progress is really slow on this project with all the pauses.

Tower crane is now assembled. Mobile crane being packed up to be taken away. Strange they seem to have left the pieces of a tower crane on the field to the east of the site. They must have brought in other tower crane pieces to complete the assembly.

Signs of new activity with forming now starting for foundation footings. This has been an extremely slow project with many lengthy pauses in activity.

Today they were trucking away the pieces of the tower crane they had parked in the empty lawn east of the site. For some reason they ended up assembling a different tower crane for the build.

Some of the L2 walls are now being formed in the SW corner as they continue with building the footings on the north side of pit.

Excavating for the sump pump pit footings now started in the SE corner of the pit. Most of the L2 walls and posts are now poured in the remaining corners of the pit.

Still working on forming L2 walls and posts for the foundation. Should be getting close to pouring the L2 floor slab in part in the next weeks depending on the weather.

Looks like they are pouring another section of the L2 floor slab today with concrete pump truck and parade of cement trucks.

They have poured another section of L2 floor slab. Very little other progress in forming for L1 floor slab in the north end.
