Most of 8th floor walls are now installed. Should see 9th floor wall slabs going in next week. Some of the L2 walls have started under tower 2 now as well.

Some of the 9th floor walls are now installed and nearly finished with 9th floor slab installs. L2 level walls under tower 2 continues using mobile crane.

9th floor walls are now done and have started installing the 10th floor slab. The 10th floor is the final residential floor and is set back to provide large patios for the penthouse suites. Should see the 10th floor completed before the Christmas break.

Nearly done installing the roof slabs for final floor. Mechanical penthouse walls could be going up next week. L2 level walls and posts continue under tower 2 as does the parking ramp build.

Nearly done the mechanical penthouse walls now. This should be topped out by next week. The concrete crew will turn their full attention to the underground parking garage for tower 2. Will likely see the tower crane moved for tower 2 by end of Feb.

Have started installing the 10th floor windows now. L1 walls for parking ramp have been poured. Remainder of tower 2 parking garage is still at the L2 level walls and posts.

Tricar has disassembled the tower crane and preparing to move it for tower 2. With it re-positioned they will be able to make progress on the tower 2 underground parking levels.

Mobile crane onsite today assembling the tower crane for building 2. Looks like it will be positioned on south side of building along Sunningdale rd rather then on north side. Assume its too allow easier access to tower 1 for residents during construction.

Half the L1 floors slabs now installed on the west side. Steel rebar for some of the L1 walls now up. Still have dirt ramp down to L2 level on SE corner which will need to be dug out to finish that corner footings and walls.

Some of the L1 walls are now poured on west end of tower 2. Apparently they have already pre-sold 90% of tower 2 units. Would expect that Tricar will start excavation for tower 3 by end of this year and complete tower 4 by end of 2023 to finish the site.

Still forming and pouring L1 walls and posts. Have set the ground floor slabs along north side of parking area under the podium base. The SE corner still has a dirt ramp down to bottom of pit that will need to be excavated out to finish the footings and L2, L1 walls and posts.

Started installing some more of the ground floor slabs on the west side of tower 2. Excavating the dirt ramp down into the pit at the SE corner has started.
