Concrete floor slab now poured on the east west wing of building.

They have poured around half the ground floor posts and walls for the east west building now. Installing the 5th floor walls now on the north south building. Believe that is the last floor for the building.

Ground floor walls and posts are now poured on the east west building. Have even started forming for the 2nd floor slab. Framing the sloped walls on the north end of the north south building now. The roof line is rather unique for this project.

After a couple week pause the concrete forming on the east west building has restarted today. The north south building is now getting the roof framing installed.

Steel rebar going in on the west side of building for 2nd floor slab. Finishing up the roof framing for the north south building as well.

Still have not started forming the 2nd floor slab on the east end of the building fronting Sunningdale. Window units are now being installed on the north south building.

Pouring the 2nd floor slab on the west end of the building fronting Sunningdale today. Forming for the 2nd floor slab on the east end starting today. Window units mostly installed now on the first building.

Pouring the remainder of the 2nd floor slab on the east end of the second building. Have the 2nd floor elevator and stairwell shaft built in concrete block on the west end and also most of the 2nd floor wooden wall units installed.

2nd floor wooden wall panels are now installed. Should see 3rd floor slab panels installs next week.

Slowly installing the 3rd floor wooden joists now. Have installed steel posts that reach to the 4 floor level as well. They will be wood framing around them to complete the structure.

Finishing up the 3rd floor plywood sheathing. Should see the masonry crew back next week building the 3rd floor elevator and stairwell shaft walls. The 3rd floor wall units should also be going in soon.

I am not 100% sure, but I think that the specific development in that site plan, "Eden", is already complete. Applewood, who is the developer of Eden, is also developing "The Marketplace" (located right beside the Eden development), which is under construction right now.

For some reason, Applewood has not updated their website yet.

Correct. Those townhomes are now built and are immediately to the west of the Marketplace. Markertplace is made up of two 5 story apartment buildings with ground floor commercial/retail. To the east and north the site prep is well underway for a new sub-division that will complete the NW corner of Adelaide and Sunningdale.

Awesome! Thank you for the update. I live near this development, so I am looking forward to seeing it complete, especially the retail portion.

With the development of the York commercial centre already happening at the southeast corner of the Adelaide/Sunningdale intersection, and apparently Auburn Developments is looking to build a subdivision at the northeast corner, the intersection will start to look very different in just a few short years

3rd floor wooden wall units now being installed from the west end to the east end. This process will likely take up the next few weeks before the 4th floor joists start being installed.

4th floor joists have started being installed in the NW corner and even have some of the flooring installed. Not quite done installing the 3rd floor walls on the east end of building.

More then 50% of the 4th floor joists and floor boards are now installed. Still working on 3rd floor walls on the east end.
