This building actually comes across as tall from certain vantage points. To think that it will be stubby compared to the other towers going up in the area soon enough...

Once they clean it up and add the glass, it should be pretty sharp.

I disagree, to me, its just yet another square box, something this town is obsessed with. You only realise this once you travel abroad and realise that some of the most striking and beautiful tall buildings are anything but square.

You will also notice that the majority of buildings are boxes. I think if the density keeps increasing, we will start to see some more interesting designs coming out. Just need to get there

As usual, the glass will make a big difference. Nice glass = nice looking building....unless of course you are those brick shitpiles across the road; nothing makes them look good except for night time.
