Waterfront site offers superb views of Victoria Harbour.

High-ceilinged lobby with glass wall to admit natural light.

Streamlined architecture at the base points the way to the future.

Kowloon Station will be a future Hong Kong transport hub.

State-of-the-art facilities are expected to draw large multinationals as tenants.

Three towers containing grade-A offices, retail space, hotels and serviced apartments.

ICC will be Hong Kong's tallest building and a new landmark for the future.

US7 seems to go up so slowly. Which it could grow faster. Thanks for the pictures.

The core looks surprisingly small with respect to the floor area. I have the impression that the core/floor area ratio was higher in 2IFC.
Fewer elevators maybe ?

Is there anybody out there with updated construction pics for this supertall?

It looks like the above pics were from Feb 22.

The thread almost fell to page three again.
