The problem is the detailing is messed up. I'm not one to support something that's different from the usual if it means it is a lesser quality than the usual. It's pretty much a glass box anyways.

There's some really good urban fabric going on in that pic with the varying scales of buildings on relatively confined lots.

This is how I wanted Yonge to be. Unfortunately, it went the route of residential developments with half a block to a block long street frontages. There still a 200 metre tower in the mix for those that only concern themselves with height too.

Too bad the curtain wall panels didn't curved themselves although I understand why they don't . What's really unfortunate are the holes for venting. Ruins the look.
