That's Yorkville? Even streets in Thunder Bay don't look that bad.

The buildings don't deserve to be stuck with sidewalks that look like that.

Looks like they're starting to work on the outside of the existing portion of the TD tower in Halifax. It's going to have clear glass cladding, glass awnings over the ground floor, and a mix of granite, sandstone, and copper detailing around some new storefronts that will be added.

Like One Wall in Vancouver, this is one of those buildings that has been flawed since it was first built (40 years ago, not 10 years ago). It has extremely small floor plates on upper levels and no windows on one side. It's also gotten worse in recent years as the owner has done some odd patch jobs on parts of the facade.

The Old Four Season's

Building on Richmond Street West in the Financial District was under renovation and reclad back in 2011 and this is what it looks like now.

180 Wellington Street West looks to be finished now also.

Pictures by me.

The stuff on the top is the 70's glass.

The stuff rising from the bottom is 21st century glazing.

New cladding going up on Halifax's TD Tower. This is gonna be a beaut when the addition and reclad are finished. Will be very noticeable in the skyline and add a lot to the city's modern look. It will basically be like getting a whole new tower.

The site has been fenced off and the reclad/renovations have begun for the Imperial Suites.

There's a few in Oshawa that could do with a reclad like that one in Hamilton.
