Midtown needs a megatall to disrupt this supertall plateau.

^ That could happen. There are what's basically 2 1,600 ft towers on the way to Midtown. Eventually, someone will push higher.

^ good view on the first pic. it's cool to see the base of the building taking shape --- its getting clear what it will look like at ground level irl.

Good to see that the facade on the right side of the building has finally reached the top of that setback. I feel like the first 70% of that segment went up extremely quickly and then the last few floors took forever to reach the top. My guess is facade work is slowing down since they are now putting more effort into the interior than the exterior?
