Thanks for posting that.

I've been trying to find information on new proposals or construction sites in Yellowknife and a bit in Whitehorse but I can't seem to find a single thing. Everything is from 2010 or 2011.

I haven’t kept up on YK or WH lately as I am not getting to those locations anymore. I was talking to an acquaintance for Clark Builders yesterday and there are a couple of projects going. A high-rise tower for one of the unions in YK and New Health Centre in Inuvik.
WH has quite a bit of Residential and the Hospital is going to get a major renovation and addition. Add also the High School construction.

Iqaluit has Baffin Correction Centre expansion under construction. Planning for the Airport, Aquatic Centre, Combined services is ongoing possibly for a summer start.

A highrise office unrelated to the one currently UC? That would be cool.

I believe that is the only office UC. The INAC office proposal was put on hold I believe.

Airboy, you mentioned a high-rise tower for one of the unions in Yellowknife. Is that the one that is on hold? Or is it still able to go ahead?

As a small city, does Yellowknife has any height restrictions?
