I never knew so many people are planning to move the territories, when will this happen?
That's quite the rendering for a massive construction project it puts Dubai to shame.
Food trucks, architects sure fill renderings up with really weird stuff, they might as well add some palm trees, beach balls and cow bell!
What lucky town is getting this project?

Looks like they are using the standard crawl space. I don't see thermosyphons

Crawl space on one side, mechanical basement on the other. No thermosyphons...

I hated some of those crawl spaces. Though they are mostly better than the ones down here.

Whitehorse is (maybe) getting a new tallest. 8 storeys, bumping up against the 25m maximum allowed by Zoning.

UndergroundpParking has to be quite a bonus in those climates. No plugging your car in, no freezing car for most of the year when you get in, etc.

It will be interesting, now that Rivers Edge is sinking into the ground. Apparently the elevators cannot be used because the building has settled.

Actually its Waterfront Station, where the elevator is sinking. But almost every project in Whitehorse is named River Something

^Finally!! They were talking about that when I was living there back in 2005. Then the idea to switch to Kimmurit, then back and I'm sure a bunch more drama. It's been far too long a process.
