^ bummer. they wouldnt spend that much time and money on a nice park like that if they were going to move on this project in the forseable future.

Building the park by a specific time was a requirement for securing changes to the PD. The developer has said they won't build on spec so it's just waiting on a tenant.

I don't mind if this property and project sits for awhile. I want to see what gets proposed for the Union Station redevelopment.
