I've forgotten what green foliage looks like in st. louis because of the long seeming winter, thanks!

As usual.........unadulterated beauty. Thanks for sharing your art. Your photography is amazing. Refreshing.

You capture more than the beat up junk cars and ugly homeless/crazy/tired/ghetto/late/toothless people of St. Louis.

I especially enjoyed your sets of Turtle Park and Forest Park.

It seems as if you are primarily city-focused, but do you have any images of the Delmar Loop or Clayton?

I like this Washington Avenue rehab.

I have always wondered how the "Peabody" building got built in the middle of a mall:

ugh. perhaps someone more knowledgable could explain it. my understanding is that the building was built to help subsidize the completion of the mall (which in effect "uncompleted" it). i am on record as thinking that the completion of the mall in the 1980s was completely inappropriate.

of course in st. louis there is always some kind of demolition themed backstory...

Those photos are really remarkable alket83!! Keep up the great work. It is very nice to see so many pictures and unique angles of St.Louis, especially since I really like the city and have not been there since 2003.

The original plan was to construct three buildings between Kiener Plaza and the Civil Courts building. Only the first one was built.
