This is a fine looking building. Let's hope this development establishes a new aesthetic threshold for coming east midtown buildings.

- Although I like this tower better, the old design did compliment the school better. Of course, that is to be expected since they were designed together.

This turned out really nice. My only beef with the final product is with how the window edges along the slight curve of indent are square, and not diagonal, so the effect is a "pixelated" curve, and not a clean, modern, smooth one. Not a design killer, but the difference between a nice looking building, and a great looking building.

Yup, spot on. Similar to my complaint with the new KPF tower on 22nd street. Totally fine. Nice even. But it coulda been great.

This location is awesome for W. 57th street!!
