There were a large number of small units that sold at the same time. Did an investor buy out the lot and is now leasing?

The only remaining units are the bigger ones.

A quick check of their website today shows eight unsold units BUT when you search Realtor.ca you find an additional six units listed with Caldwell Banker-David Casey Broker. David Casey is the son of Charlesfort owner Doug Casey.

Pretty sure its just 8 units, they've just listed 6 of them with a realtor.
