I CAN'T WAIT to see this one rise...possibly the most "under the radar" tower in Portland.

Partial pour of the 3rd floor is complete, looks like the rest will be poured in the next day or so.

Parking garage is fully dugout, with the initial columns being poured as of last week or so.

working on the 7th floor forms now, 6th is all poured.

Freight elevator thing is going in this weekend.

Plumbing has started on the bottom floors as of a week ago.


The building is starting to take it's shape. I love the feel from 4th.

We'll see how the courtyard and town homes shake out.

Update 6-8-2008: The structure is becoming more prominent, it should make quite the impact on 4th. And I know a few lucky souls will have a spectacular view of Mt. Hood!
