Not a fan. Looks like concrete bunker dormitories from the 1960's with more windows.

I am on the fence, it could end up looking decent, but it could also end up looking like a mess.

Totally agree with staff report. that design is not cohesive. Looks like an architect went crazy and started spreading out colors and features throughout the the buildings rather than keeping them in cohesive parts.

Where the "X" crosses, in the vertical opening between buildings, is there going to be anything interesting there? Would make a nice, sheltered, non rainy outdoor space.
