Trammell Crow eyes apartment tower for Plano’s booming Legacy development
Quote:
Crow has filed plans to build a high-rise apartment project next door to its recently completed office tower on the Dallas North Tollway.

The luxury rental tower would be constructed on a vacant development site previously earmarked for another office building.

The 27-story building would contain 350 apartments on top of a 6-story garage, according to plans filed with Plano’s planning department.
Quote:
Architects Good Fulton & Farrell designed the high-rise.

The planned residential project is on the east side of the tollway just south of Legacy Drive.

Man, I grew up til the second grade in Plano, it sucked and was a suburban wasteland, pretty crazy that parts are turning pretty urban now. Moved away just when the light rail was coming out to Plano.
