[Coquitlam] Hensley | 33fl | Completed

I have been a lot of advertising on this development, another good addition to the lougheed area, so I am starting a thread here.

The 2 buildings on the site are fenced off now. I heard they had a few tenants who refused to move out. Didn't hear anymore of what happened to them. One of the buildings ground floor apartments has some furniture sitting outside. But demolition could start soon, there have been some workers on site this week.

From Cressey twitter.

The model shows the split-level roof.

This one is well underway too. Just the last few weeks the activity on site has really grown. They have LED rope light almost around the entire site now, its quite brights at night. Seems to be the thing they do now on building sites. They have been blocking off the street off and on for the last week. And a lot of trucks coming and going.

They have been digging for a while now. There is some kind of big pour coming up and they sent out a letter to nearby residents to warn them that on wednesday feb 27 there will be heavy work and traffic closures from 9 am to 6 pm.

Do those columns look thicker than usual and more closely spaced than other projects?
