ohhh haha I thought you meant the one that is 38 floors went to 35. Well in that case, it's great news! Burnaby's skyline is going to be completely transformed in 3 years.

Concord has a link to "The Met" - no render though.
across the street from Bonsor Community Centre (so I think it's across the street from Chancellor)

thx for the North Road & Cameron find. very interesting. Im always amazed at the potential in that part of Burnaby ... so much under utilized land we will see developed or redeveloped over the coming decade.

Sweet! Intracorp must be bullish on the area with the huge success of Metroplace.

Yeah. It's really too bad that they didn't leave a provision for a potential Evergreen Line station there, though.

I wonder what kind of grocery store they are expecting to move in there, though. There's tons of them in the area as is. Maybe something asian-oriented like a T&T?

Also, the underground parking is going to be rather difficult to access from the looks of the site plan.

i don't think it will be a big one - more like a 7-11 or something or the persian food place that already exists in the current location

I bet T&T would do well there as well.

I'm going to say Whole Foods. I know a lease has recently been signed for a new store in BC, and Burnaby has been at the top of their list for a while. This is also the size of store they're looking to focus on in BC.
