Yes, someone should do this quickly. But the current status is on-hold after CTBUH´s criterias (source see correction thread). The completion date is 2016.

Maybe so but since it's incomplete I'm not sure it's worthy of such praise just yet .
I thought construction was to resume in May . Apparently the developer's statement was premature .

Don't you hate it when your city's under construction-tallest building spontaneously combusts? That's just my pet peeve.

Though I suppose it's better than a crowed, complete office building.
