Yes! And the sad thing is...the meteorologist predicted both the ACL Flood and Halloween Flood to occur over the Lake Travis watershed. In actuality, both of the storms occurred 40-60 miles east of their projected impact zones. I will say this, the forecasters were on-the-ball with regard to the amount of rain and direction of the storms. Again, however, they were 40-60 miles too far west with regard to where they predicted the rain to fall.
Lake Travis has lost two islands that I have noticed in the past few weeks. At least that is positive.
