They are pretty good with the prices too. Drinks are $8-12 depending on happy hour or regular time. As long as you tip the bartenders, they make the drinks very strong.

The only negative is that the music selection sucks. They need better DJs.

Look at that density. A development like this gets lost in the jungle. Once complete, it'll be a "find Waldo" moment.

That Instagram account may be my favorite NYC photography account out of all of them. Excellent find.

The glass for this thing must be hibernating until it gets warmer out.

Holy balls, so pretty good for NYC is $8-12 drinks? I'd be annoyed paying anything over half that.

A $25 glass of wine is not uncommon in Manhattan. A lot of these drinks/meals are expensed anyway b/c of "work."

Thats an excellent price, 8-12 dollar range. I'm not sure where your from, but $8 for a mix drink in this area is fantastic.

The key for NYC with respect to drinking ethanol is to look for the happy hour deals. You can get great prices and drinks. Try to avoid chains (they water down drinks), and go for local spots, the drinks tend to be better. Also, please tip your bartender, and if its a female, be nice (smile and casually ask how she is doing) and most of the time, they will make your drinks stupidly strong.

If your ever in NJ, stop by McGoverns in Newark NJ. They make the best Long Island Ice teas. Not for the faint of heart, as its an 8 oz cup with strong liquor. 2 will be enough for most folks, and you may have trouble walking after 2, and for only $16 for two!

Also, avoid Hoboken, its overated, and the drinks are a rip-off and its like drinking Poland Spring water. Plus the people there are PC to the extreme, so any little joke will cause offense. Best to go to NYC instead.

If you want cheap drinks in Manhattan, you have to go to Rudy's: http://www.rudysbarnyc.com/

Pints start at 3$. All the drinks are cheaper than you will find pretty much anywhere else in Manhattan.

Bonus: They give you a free hot dog with every drink!
