Minto - Avalon Aquaview

Does anyone have any insight into what how Minto's latest development is going or any progress picture?

Last time I was there it looked like they had started digging. I wonder if it was affected by the pandemic.

Any buyers on this forum?

We walked by a few months ago (May?) and they were still working on the utilities and roads.

I live in the area, still working on roadway and utilities, doesn't seem to be progressing too quickly

That's too bad, but to be expected with the pandemic I guess. Hope it doesn't delay things too much for buyers.

Keep us posted if things pick-up!

Sales opened up on last Saturday... saw the prices, I choked!! cheapest 43 foot model Darlington is "Starting From" $849k... 2517sf? Like WTF? These are Minto, so expect another $100k in upgrades and a lot premium if you don't want to face 10th line.. YIKES!

I know, the prices are out of control. I’m glad I bought when I did.

Prices are bonkers. Developers seem to think that if re-sales go for $100,000+ over asking, they can overcharge as well. They are contributing to the overall affordability problem.
