Tom Scott was in town. He did a video about the TRIUMF facility at UBC and the isotope delivery tube over to the hospital.

Sweet! I feel like the instrumental Teardrop would've worked better, though...

Funny you say that. I almost always use instrumentals as the soundtrack to these videos, but I'm such a fan of the original Teardrop that I decided on the vocal version instead.

Now I'm wondering if I should have used the instrumental version.

Cool, on the West Side I had no idea it was even foggy this morning, clear skies from the moment I woke up.

Yeah. None of it touched the Westside. We were completely socked in by the fog in Mt. Pleasant. Visibly was pretty bad at street level.

Just personal preference. The first time, it took me five minutes to realize she was singing "breathe."

It was a super nice and clear day yesterday, so I flew the drone from the Fairview neighbourhood, and captured this skyline view.

I caught some fog engulfing Lions Gate Bridge the other day.

It's rare to see fog this thick around there, yeah? I don't recall seeing it much in the past.

Cool. I would actually have said fog used to be more common, especially in the Fall. I have memories of sitting in classes in Buchanan at UBC and hearing the foghorn blasting from across English Bay.

Novembers always used to be foggy, but not very often anymore.
From the office you'd see it creep into Burrard Inlet and into False Creek.

Interesting.

It was very cool to watch the fog roll in. I didn't capture it, but it was coming through the trees on Deadman's Island. It was so thick I thought something was on fire.
