It's the corner on Las Vegas Blvd S where Planet Hollywood is on one side and Harley-Davidson is on the other. You see Planet Hollywood in the picture on the left. To the right in the background the Marriott Grand Chateau.

It's a new retail complex that is going to fill the odd-shaped empty lot next to Planet Hollywood, that was created when the intersection of Harmon & LV Blvd S was shifted during CityCenter's construction. It's "flagship" store will be one of the largest Walgreens in the nation, but it will have other, smaller retail spaces available to rent as well. It's even planned to have massive, Times-Square-esque signage on that large blank facade.

Lol he probably misread your post

They'll probably get threatened with a lawsuit from MGM for using the word "Grand" on a casino in Las Vegas. I remember MGM threatened a suit against Grand Casinos when they merged with Stupak's Vegas World and suggested using the "Grand" word in the name for the property.

I didn't misread your post. If you had been following this thread you would have known what it is. I didn't think you knew what Harmon was.

I didn't get it. Why they threatened to file the lawsuit against MQM Grand? I wasn't sure why? There is no such things.

Never make the assumption that just because someone doesn't live in your city that they don't know what's going on and where things are.

I knew about the Harmon Corner. I just wasn't exactly sure what it was. Not WHERE it was in relation to other Vegas projects.

You obviously didn't know "what" it was or you wouldn't have asked.

You also don't read this thread very thoroughly or you would have know from previous posts that it is a retail center with 3 floors of 17 stores, one of which will be a very large Walgreens. All covered previously.

Forgive me for not going through all 433 pages of this thread and looking for any info for this one project.
