Allied is the undisputed king of King West. After this and QRC West, I'm perfectly fine with their de-facto monopoly in the area if every intensification project is executed this well.

The flagship store of Birks in Downtown Montreal (build in 1894) underwent a major transformation to accommodate a new boutique hotel within its old walls and a new addition on top of the heritage building as well as a roof garden.
