The developer hosted some event to give an update on this development 2 days ago, and I just saw on reddit that some restaurant is now opening on the Whalley Station plot of land they purchased 3 years ago, anyone know anything about that?
The last restaurant there had to close down due to the vagrants: https://globalnews.ca/video/3598099/...crime-problems

No I think it was a private networking event where they gave an update on this whole project, curious as to what was said. The first tower sold in 24h Nov 2021 and they were talking about moving the second one to early 2022 yet here we are now.
Edit: Apparently Tien Sher was looking for a 5 year lease for that restaurant, wonder how long this project is planned to take.
