Dare I say this looks worse than the Pinnacle and Concord projects up by Capstan Station?

Don't think it's better or worse than Pinnacle.. the Concord facade looks a bit higher end than those two.

Are these below market or low income housing? They look hella cheap. And yes I’m too lazy to find out myself.

Every developer seems to be following the matte black trend these days. I see these types of towers popping up at Brentwood and Metrotown.
