In Williamsburg, on the waterfront.

650 units in a 400-foot tower.

So I was on the J train today on my way into Brooklyn and I'm please to say: You can see 29 Flatbush from the bridge! I wanted to take a picture but it would've been extremely far! Maybe next time but I saw the crane and orange shielding from the Williamsburg Bridge (yeah I was pretty excited). It'll look amazing when complete because 80 Dklb looks so close to it (imagine when the Hub starts to rise too!). If no one updates with pictures, I will first week in Nov.

^Is that the crane for 388 Bridge Street I see in the background a bit or am I just seeing things?

Edit: Yeah, i just went back and zoomed way in on that photo, that definitely is the 388 Bridge crane.

December 1st 2012 --Both photos taken by me.

Remember when she was a baby?! They grow up so quickly.

(On a side note in a couple of years Fulton Mall well be even more dense. I finally realize why DoBro is the 3rd Largest CBD in NYC.)

No work on the cladding yet? I wonder which of the two different versions that were shown is the one they are actually going to put up.

That's actually not true. Cladding on the base is up. It's the glassy version.

^ Ahh thanks, just couldn't see it from those pictures. I thought the glassy version was more likely since they seemed to show them more as things went on.

I would've gotten closer but I was with someone and she was so confused about why I was taking pictures of a building under construction as it is. Lol.

I wanted to capture it from a distance this time as well to show off it's growth.
After the new year better shots will come.

Nice photos! Can't wait to see this beauty in the summer and the other towers that will rise around it. Downtown is growing a great pace!

Took these this morning from Jay Street and Fulton. Not sure what the building is to the left. 29 Fulton is to the right and further away. Hope to get closer pictures soon. Anyone know what the building is to the left?

That would be 388 Bridge, which will be the tallest in BK upon completion. Thanks for the pics!

Couple recent shots..

The shots from the distance are taken from directly outside Atlantic Terminal

The distance shots were taken over a week ago, they're a couple stories higher at present time - I can't imagine they're far from topping out at this point. Project is scheduled to be completed by June....

Anyone find anything online about rentals? Figured they'd start popping up by now so they're ready to fill once it's ready.. I work right there and very interested to see what they're asking, and maybe see some floorplans - Sure it's a tad bit soon for that though, the excitement is getting to me..
