It could be one of a number of reasons or multiple reasons, frankly:

- which sections of panel is readily available vs. which are still being manufactured
- construction/installation sequencing on site, as directed by CM
- location of crane support impeding construction of that column bay, which would in turn affect other bays
- possibly something outside of control of panel creation, such as glazing framing production delay for certain bays vs others
- possibly none of the issues above and just plain ole' poor construction management
- glitch in the matrix

^^I don't know what the north side looks like lately, but one guess is that the south facade cladding was delayed by the construction of the bustle. They may not have been able to set facade panels while all of the work was going on below. If you look at the photos from the last few days, most of the progress has been made on the south side. It looks to me that the east and west facades are keeping up with each other excepting where the crane is attached on the west side

From the most recent pictures, looks to be around 34-35 floors up (hard to tell with the wood forms near the top)

Probably not, but Vista will. OBP is going to be more than 200 feet shorter than Aon and is quite close to it on the map. It's farther east and a little north, but within easy walking distance. Vista will be about the same height and even closer to Aon.

I'm not sure about that. Aqua is many blocks south and across the river. I'd go by Axis / Onterie Center / 446 E. Ontario instead (white building with diagonal stripes), which is only two blocks north, at the same ground level, and is 570 ft.

Thus OBP should appear 260 ft. higher than that. So I'd guess closer to Aon than Aqua.

Or just make the easy comparison with Lake Point Tower... They are parallel. Add ~200 feet to LPT and you have your height. It'll appear to be between the height of Aon and Aqua, while being shorter than both in reality thanks to forced perspectives.

That's more than a bit hyperbolic unless you have no faith in Related to move forward with their planning and get some returns on their property. And it's old news that they've been landscaping the plot (the price of trees is chump change vs a tower). But there's a whole thread for this kind of conjecture

If youre talking about the "trees" inside the fence line - those are wild seedlings that have shot up over the last 7 years. The only landscaping Im aware of is along the condo line where they installed landscaped berms to somewhat hide the former construction area from the residents.
