Just got an e-mail from them, they're going to start doing walkthroughs for the east tower for the top floors (L23-32) next week.

The light bands are being installed, on the east building they have been on the last few days, but there are one section and some small bits missing still. It's looking good though.

Great looking buildings!
Clean, streamlined, with a hint of art deco style.
Nice and restrained.

The lighting feature was on last night until morning. 5 or 6 horizontal white light strips along one of the towers. Looked fine but nothing super interesting and the location away from Brentwood center made it look a bit lonely.

they've changed the intersection in front of it to a roundabout, might help with the traffic there, once the new overpass comes in a few years will divert a lot of the traffic away.

Pretty much completed. Round about also completed. Great addition to the intersection.

Looks great, thanks!

Strange signs in the roundabout island, though.

It would have been nice if the swoop of the podium actually fronted onto the roundabout instead of being awkwardly set back behind friggin cul-de-sac. The residential drop-off should've come in from around the back, with a through lobby to the cul-de-sac.

Looks like the back of the podium will butt up to the podium of Boffo's project to the north - like Milano, etc closer to Brentwood.

yea I have passed it a few times and seen them on. Someone should try to get a photo of the art that is installed outside, it's quite colourful. can sort of see it to the left in the pic.

Adding the next phase here for continuity.
Can a Mod please add to the thread title (Tower 3, Etoile Gold, 47 storeys)?
