seems like there is a delay with windows. They should be starting window installation on Level 2.

Thanks for the update! I lived a couple of blocks from here for several years and the change that is unfolding is simply remarkable. I hope that the presumptive success of this project encourages further redevelopment of central Richmond. I would argue that we're just about at the tipping point in the area where future projects will represent remaining infill sites, instead of the first waves of wholesale redevelopment.

No delay, windows aren't critical path yet. These buildings will be delivered as blocks, not individual buildings so no rush in getting the windows on while the other towers in the block are still just getting above grade.

Also, incidentally, the glazing at Oakridge is only delayed on the affordable housing tower, the glazing for the main market towers is on schedule.

This morning (working a retail space at The Paramount) the assembling of tower crane #6 continues.
