They've also started drilling/piling for phase 2 (Parkway 1 - Aspect) on the north side of the site. Likely they start excavation by very early Q1 or sooner (they've got two drilling rigs going).

Phase 3 (Parkway 2 - the tallest tower) comes to market this fall.

All three towers will likely rise relatively close together if sales go well for Parkway 2!

(Will post pics soon, for some reason I can never get the img to embed).

Is this three towers or four?

This development application mentions four phases with 37, 45, 51 and 53-storeys

It's technically four towers total. They will build the 4th tower where their sales centre is on the north-west corner last.

Progressing on parkade nicely.

They've been working on the tower core slab for weeks, not much change...wonder why it's so complicated.

Right click on the image and open in a new tab or window, it will auto fit your screen.
I like large images, they look good on a 4K monitor or TV.

Add the letter "h" to your image link in your post (before the .jpg) to have it show up scaled down like in the quoted segment above and not have it stretch the monitor for those not blessed to have 4K, 8K UHD or whatever other Uber-high resolution monitors there are out there.

(Only works for imgur)

Here in Vancouver no ink or time is wasted, just simply Park

Right across the street from an older 1990s condo tower that is named "The Park".

Overhead update for Parkside, a ton of activity and they are chugging along nicely. (Apologies for those with smaller screens!)

Great photo! Thank you!
I was checking Surrey's GIS and noticed that a property line shifted to allow a seamless City Parkway road connection at the intersection at 104 Ave.

Nice vantage point. You really cannot see the progress from the street level with the high fences on the 104th and KGB side, so very much appreciated with your updates.

They've reached grade for rental phase!

Strata condo excavation is nearly bottomed out, looks like the last level.

Apologies for those with smaller screens, but right click and open in new window for auto resize...
