Westwood St and Glen Dr are disappearing. 4 levels high now. The section closer to Westwood/Glen will only be 5 levels high.

This map of the neighbourhood is from Coquitlam Q the Map show the Sophora site. Just next door is the Pine & Glen site by Omni. A couple billboards went up in the summer. Also across the street at 3055 Glen and neighbouring spots, they knocked down some vacant houses, so there is something happening there. It covers about 8 of those parcels at that corner.

I'll post some other photos from ground level later.

2020 September 30
This was the deepest that they dug the excavation, just before the concrete started to be poured.

2021 January 7
Progress on the underground parking.

2021 April
Almost at ground level.

2021 August 15
First few levels completed. From across Westwood St.

2022 January 21
The north wall of the complex facing Glen Dr.

2022 January 28
First windows have been placed on the tower section

They've added some wood to the part of the building facing the intersection of Glen and Westwood. Looks nice, can't wait to see it completed.
