I noticed there wasn’t a thread for this yet, but from my condo I can see they’ve started excavating the site for this on Whalley Blvd.

Is this the property behind the Shaw Ops yard, next to what used to be a nightclub?

If so, glad to see that area finally getting some development!

Yes it is, just off the corner of 104 and Whalley to the northeast. Looks like a promising tower and exciting to see development expanding in this direction.

I wish posting photos was easier on this site, as I have a great view of this lot, and basically every tower going up north of 100ave

Shakerz lounge a strip club is there next door. Not sure how long it will last there.
